Heart Rate Monitor
Sensors · Board: ESP32 · Day 67 of 100
A pulse sensor on the ESP32 plots your heartbeat on an OLED. Biomedical sensing made approachable.

How it works
A pulse sensor shines light into your fingertip and measures the tiny brightness changes as blood pulses through. The ESP32 filters that wobbly signal and draws the heartbeat waveform live on the OLED. Biomedical sensing, demystified on a breadboard.
What you'll learn
- Photoplethysmography basics
- Biosignal filtering
- Waveform visualization
- Wearable health sensing
