Our refund & fairness rules
- 7-day, no-questions refunds. When Pro launches: don’t love it within 7 days? Full refund, no questions asked.
- Cancel anytime, pro-rated. Annual plan cancelled midway? The remaining months come back to you. No “cancel anytime, refund never” games.
- No fake urgency. You’ll never see “buy now or the price goes up” here. A price is a price.
- Downloads are yours. Skill packs you downloaded never expire and can’t be remotely locked.
- Free means free. Free skills download without sign-in. We don’t use “free” as bait for registrations.
Not because we’re noble — we did the math. Customers who feel safe outlast customers who feel rushed.
