PIR Parking Assistant
Smart Home · Board: ESP32 · Day 97 of 100
A PIR sensor watches your parking spot and shows status on an OLED with the ESP32. Know if your space is taken.

How it works
The PIR sensor watches the parking spot; its output flips an OLED status between free and occupied on the ESP32. A simple presence question — is something there? — answered continuously and displayed where the driver can see it.
What you'll learn
- Occupancy sensing
- Status display design
- Parking automation
- Presence vs motion detection
