Node-RED Virtual LED
Cloud · Board: Pi Pico · Day 85 of 100
A Node-RED dashboard flips a virtual LED over MQTT with Mosquitto in Docker on the Pico 2W. Flow-based IoT without code.

How it works
In Node-RED you wire a dashboard button to an MQTT output node with drag and drop — no code. Pressing it publishes to the Mosquitto broker running in Docker, and the Pico 2W's subscribed LED follows. Flow-based IoT: the program is a diagram.
What you'll learn
- Flow-based programming
- MQTT broker setup
- No-code IoT logic
- Docker-hosted services
