Cloud NeoPixel Control
Lighting · Board: ESP32 · Day 98 of 100
Control ESP32 NeoPixels from a Node-RED dashboard hosted on AWS EC2 over MQTT. Your lights, commanded from the cloud.
How it works
A Node-RED dashboard hosted on AWS EC2 publishes color commands over MQTT, which travel down to the ESP32's NeoPixels. Your lights answer to a server on another continent — cloud-hosted control with the full round trip on display.
What you'll learn
- Cloud-hosted control planes
- AWS IoT pipelines
- Remote lighting control
- Internet-scale latency awareness
