Bluetooth LED Control
Lighting · Board: Pi Pico · Day 13 of 100
Send on/off commands from your phone over an HC-05 Bluetooth link to toggle an LED on the Pico 2W. UART messaging and wireless control basics.

How it works
Your phone pairs with the HC-05 module, which appears as a wireless serial port. Commands typed in a Bluetooth terminal app travel over that link as text; the Pico reads each line over UART and switches the LED when it sees the on or off keyword.
What you'll learn
- UART serial protocol
- Bluetooth SPP profile
- Text command parsing
- Phone-to-board wireless link
