Rebook a delayed flight connection mid-flight

OpenAI's Dot chatted with Alaska, Delta and KLM, found a new route and rebooked Denis for free after he approved, while he was still on the plane.

What They Did

Denis gave Dot from OpenAI access to its own computer. While he was still on the delayed Alaska flight, the agent simultaneously messaged Alaska, Delta, and KLM, located a new routing, and requested the free rebooking. Denis approved the change.

How It Went

The agent secured the rebooking and avoided an overnight stay in Seattle. It later repeated the process mid-Atlantic when the Seattle-Munich leg was also delayed.
