Plan a [number]-day trip to [destination] for [number] travelers from [departure city] between [date range], with a budget of [amount]. Check the visa requirements for my [nationality] passport, list the documents and steps I need, and find flight and hotel options that fit. Finish with a day-by-day itinerary and a shortlist of bookings, and pause to show me the details before paying for anything or submitting any visa form.
