Book flights with seat selection and traveler numbers
Muse booked flights for Cyrus and his wife end to end on Amex Travel, including seat selection plus loyalty and TSA numbers.
- What They Did
- Cyrus asked Muse to book round-trip flights for himself and his wife on Amex Travel. The agent completed the full process end-to-end on its own, entering seat selections plus loyalty and TSA numbers without further input.
- How It Went
- The booking succeeded. Cyrus called it the first time an agent had handled a task of this complexity autonomously.
