# Sensor Anomaly Detector

Day 52 of the 100 Days 100 IoT Projects collection. Board: ESP8266.

ThingSpeak and MATLAB flag strange DHT11 and LDR readings from the ESP8266. Machine-assisted fault detection on sensor streams.

## How it works

DHT11 and LDR readings stream to ThingSpeak, where MATLAB analyzes the history and flags values that deviate statistically from the norm. A stuck sensor or a real environmental event both show up as anomalies — the system tells you something changed before you notice it yourself.
